Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Snowy Flower Refund Policy :

• You may exchange your item with us within 2 days. Countdown starts from the date you receive the parcel.

• You are allowed to make any exchange of your item via sales channel you made your purchased. ( Eg: fb, whatsapp or website )

• To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in unused, unopen and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and the tags still attached.

• Exchanges are only available for item available at shop.

• You will be responsible paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us and bear the return shipping costs.

• We will pay the return shipping costs, if the return is result of our error (you received incorrect or defective item).
• Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return item. Processing duration is still subject to stock availability.
